WP1 includes ensuring project activities and outputs are in line with the timetable and budget; ensures the coordination and organization of PMT meetings;
the monitoring of budget spending; the scripting of financial and final reports; the collection and storage on a cloudbased repository of all relevant documents and communication with NA.
WP1 will produce the following deliverables:
- 4 Partnership Agreements
- 2 Interim Reports and 1 Final Report
- Minutes of Meetings
