Monitoring and Evaluation
includes the following tasks:
preparing a Project Quality Plan (PQP);
establishing and coordinating an expert team;
preparing evaluation tools;
evaluating project quality and financial management;
and monitoring the realization of activities and the quality of outputs based on (PQP).

WP2 will produce the following deliverables:

  • 1 Project Quality Plan
  • 1 Mid-term Evaluation Report
  • 1 Final Evaluation Report
